Refund POLICY
1. Refund Policy
At Promodome Digital LLP and VeeFly, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience when promoting their YouTube videos. However, we understand that there may be instances where circumstances do not align with expectations. Therefore, we offer the option to request a refund for any unused funds remaining in your campaign or account wallet.
Please note that we are unable to refund payments that have already been utilized, as these funds are used to cover the cost of running Google Ads on your behalf. Nonetheless, your satisfaction is our priority, and we will make every effort to address any concerns you may have.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
You are entitled to a full refund under the following conditions:
- If you request a refund while your campaign is still in the "Pending" status.
- If your campaign has been rejected by Google Ads
Refunds will be issued either to your VeeFly wallet or the original payment method used for the transaction. Please be aware that refunds can only be claimed for funds in your VeeFly wallet, and this excludes any bonus funds provided by VeeFly.
3. Partial Refunds for Active Campaigns
If you request a refund for an active campaign, a partial refund will be issued for any remaining unused funds. We aim to process all refunds as promptly as possible, but please allow up to 5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
