YouTube&#8217;s Second Chance Program will allow previously terminated creators to start a new channel. Further, based on the severity and frequency of past violations, it will consider evaluating the creator&#8217;s reapplication to return to YouTube. The Google-owned company is keen on moving from a lifetime ban and replacing the defunct policies. It means that if it was terminated at least one year ago, with no violation of YouTube&#8217;s terms and conditions it has a chance to start fresh. YouTube will check the creator&#8217;s background for any criminal offence committed on the platform.
