Based on the recent update to the policy, YouTube doesn&#8217;t allow redirection to any website or app if they aren&#8217;t certified by Google. This can include URLs, images, text, visual displays, or embedded YouTube links.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to this update, YouTube is also restricting gambling content for users under 18. Content that doesn&#8217;t violate community guidelines but has content relating to online gaming and casinos will be <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.veefly.com\/youtube\/how-to-turn-off-age-restriction-on-youtube\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">age-restricted for young users on YouTube.<\/a> But this doesn&#8217;t apply to sports betting and depictions of in-person gambling.
