YouTube requests the creators to not click on any sort of links as that can install malware or steal your channel&#8217;s credentials.<\/p>\n<p>After the scam phishing announcement was posted by YouTube, there have been reports on Reddit by users addressing the same encounters.<\/p>\n<p>So, apparently, different channels are sending this video to YouTube users. While one user reported receiving an email from an account entitled &#8216;Notification for YouTube creator,&#8217; the other reported receiving the email from &#8216;Channel for creators.&#8217; One of them asked the user to download a corrupted file, and one spread rumors about changes in the monetization policies. Both creators got the email through no-reply@youtube.com.
